We transferred four fresh and only have one baby, my first beta was low too!! My IM was 38 I believe at the time, just turned it. She had failed IUIs, one failed IVF, and a failed shared transfer with me, 3 in her 2 in me. So we pushed the limits and went w/4 knowing we would s/r if 3+ took, i am going to see Mason wednesday night!!!

With Clara's cycle, we transferred 2 fresh 3 day embies. Pregnancy started as twins but we lost one at 7-1/2 weeks.
The next 3 transfers, we only transferred 1 embryo. We had a blighted ovum and 2 negative cycles.
The final try, we transferred the 2 remaining embryos and Ila is now 2-1/2 months old.
I've never transferred more than 2, so I can't really help, but wanted to give you my "stats"! I really think it all depends on the quality of the embryos more than anything else. Just don't let anyone 'push' you in to something you're not completely comfortable with!

fet transferred 3, delivered 1
fresh transferred 3, delivered 2
fet transferred 3, delivered 2
fresh transferred 3, prego with 2....
the other times i have transferred 1, 2, or 3 and didn't get prego (most times due to older IM issues). the times i did transfer 3 and get prego they were all excellent quality embies as well. :)/>

Fresh transferred three 3-dayers, delivered one healthy baby girl.
RE recommended transferring all three (they were the only ones that survived) as two were "ok" and one was "poor". He felt very strongly that it was impossible for all three to take - he was right!
