Hi everyone, I used to be a member of this site when leannh was my surrogate. Now that it's been almost 2 years since she gave me my twins, it's time to try for our last child. Sadly, we can't work with Leann this time, so with a new surrogate comes a new state & set of questions. Does anyone know of a good Arizona lawyer? We're not using an agency, so I feel a little in the dark again, like it's my first time. We'd like to get the ball rolling so that we can transfer sometime around December 2010. Thanks!

I don't know about the laws or any lawyers there, but wanted to wish you the best of luck! Now you need a boy/girl set of twins :)

I don't know about a lawyer in AZ, but I used Hilary Neiman (both times) and she was wonderful! I think she works with people from all states. She is wonderful, very attentive, quick to reply, always available. Here is her information just in case-

Phone: (301) 340-7228
Fax: (301)-576-8690
Email: Hilary@adoptsurrogacy.com

Many of us here have used her and some of ladies' IP's have used her too. Good luck on your journey!
