Just thought I would post an update. Today I am 16 weeks along with these precious triplets!! The SCH is behaving and shrinking slowly. I still have old blood coming out, but no new bleeds in over 2 weeks! (keeping fingers crossed!!) Monday I go for an amnio, which I am not looking forward to. This is my 6th pregnancy and I've never had an amnio. I understand why my IP's want it, but it doesn't make it any less scary! At my last appt. on June 28th, the babies looked great, all about the same size. We found out the identical twins are boys, and the singleton is a girl. One day at a time and praying we can make it to at least 30 weeks!! My IP's are slowly getting used to the idea of bringing home triplets and starting to plan for them!

What a wonderful update, and if you think about it, you're basically just over 1/2 way there to the 30wks! Glad to hear the SCH is doing better too. I know how frightening those can be.

Great update! I hope the amnio goes smoothly and isn't too bad for you. Glad to hear the SCH is shrinking...even if it is slowly. Hopefully one of these days you'll go in and it will just be gone. That's what happened for me with my first SCH experience this pregnancy... one day it was finally just gone. Fingers crossed that happens soon for you! I'll be thinking of you Monday and hoping you're having an ok time with the amnio. Let us know how it goes!

Great update! I've never had an amnio either so I don't blame you for being nervous. Please update us on the wonderful outcome!

Great update! I've never had an amnio so I don't have advice but I hope that it all goes well and you don't have any discomfort *Hugs*

I've had two amnios done, the fear was worse then the shot. Don't look at the needle, relax don't stress over it. It wasn't that bad when the needle went it it was a nice sting and I felt a pinch when it went into my uterus.
After, I was told to be on bed rest for 24 hrs( I was already on hospital bed rest so I had the what the " heck look on my face).the nurse beside me the 1st time held my hand and talked to me while my hubby looked on with glee in his eyes :theeye:/> he loved the needle.
